At Lilluggers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns within 10 days of receiving your items and refund will be initiated within 21 days one the product is received.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2.Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible.

3.Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation email with the returned item.

4.Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

5.Request you to share the unboxing video of Lilluggers Products to process refund so that we know there is no tampering with the product
